Steff Handley is a local Teacher/Tutor and an amateur
Artist living in Stevenage.
In the summer of 2002, Steff was commissioned to create, on a voluntary
basis, a crèche for a community organisation in Stevenage.
More recently, in February 2003,
Steff's talent had been noticed by the Neighbourhood Warden Scheme in Stevenage and she was asked to participate in a paid
commission to work with Year 5 at Bedwell School on a Community Mural.
